        Budget Porsche!

by Nick on 3/31/2026 3:39:59 PM

I have owned the car for a year and I love it. At 36,000 mi. so far nothing has broken or gone wrong. It is very fun to drive, even just going to the store. This car is definitely not for everyone. It is quick and nimble but there is a lot of road noise, which is expected being a "cheap" sports car. I do daily drive it, it's not the most comfortable car but the fun had makes it totally worth it.

        What are the haters smoking?

by Kris Jolley on 4/11/2025 10:50:19 PM

If you are looking for a small Scat Pack or Corvette, this is not the car for you. This car is for people that want a balanced driving experience. It handles very well, and is quick, not fast. The interior is pretty minimalist and I find the seat comfortable. It looks good on the inside but it is not a luxury car. If there is one thing I am not totally happy about is the amount of road noise that comes from the rear of the car, which is remedied through adding some Dynamat to the trunk. Complaints about the ticking noise is from the direct injection fuel pump. Do I wish it had more power, yes I do, but Toyota has the more expensive Supra for that. Fuel economy is good for a sports car, certainly better than the Challenger Scat Pack I traded in. This car shines on mountain roads. it is nimble and fun, much like the Mazda Miata or the Honda S2000. the other thing of note is the rear seats are useless for carrying passengers but my dogs don't seem to mind even after a 3 hour ride.

        Best Bang for the Bucks

        by Jay V on 5/10/2024 5:39:36 PM

Looks good, love turns, torque is a noticeable difference from last gen. I cant find anything bad about this platform to be honest. I've owned and drove several MT cars in the past in this is one of the most engaging platforms out there. I dont understand why this car isn't more popular but good thing it isnt since I can be the only one in my city with this stylish automobile. Hats off to Toyota and Subaru for building this delightful machine.
