Randy helped me and got my car in right away and my oil change service was done quickly!!! Randy is always very pleasant and very eager to help. And I love how clean my car is after it is washed!!! Such a treat!

Service was great by the dealership, Jake kept us advised on the progress of the repair. We are extremely disappointed that we needed this service in the first place however. And we were concerned on the possible duration of getting the repair completed. We were told initially the electronic part in need was on back order and it may be days or it may be weeks until a replacement was available. Fortunately it was days. we are having significant concerns about the quality of Cadillac vehicles as the lease is expiring.

They did what they said they would do on time.
